    Conference Presenters

AAEM is excited to announce a Special Presentation from our friends at NutriDyn!

Dr. Charles Sefcik will lecture on Avoiding Pitfalls in Musculoskeletal Health.

The objective of this presentation will be to equip the provider in the assessment and treatment of six major obstacles that impede the health and progression of their patient dealing with musculoskeletal complaints.

Nichole Yost, CNP, Fnp-Bc owns and operates BeautyMed in Rapid City, SD and stands by the idea that a person’s quality of life should be given higher priority.

BeautyMed  focuses on providing clients with both medical and cosmetic care, from Botox treatments designed to treat migraines, neck stiffness and other painful conditions to anti-aging, skin, beauty and weight loss services.

Yost has combined the concept of a traditional medical clinic and day spa, providing both services under her supervision as a medical professional. “This gives me the freedom to really listen to my clients concerns and provide a more personalized approach to treatments.”

Dr. Bernie Finch, DC, EMD is presenting "Three Realizations Every QEST Practitioner Needs to Experience"

    Dr. Finch will discuss:

                    1. Three Realizations Each QEST Practitioner Must Have

                    5. Balancing Meridians with QEST Protocols
                    6. Practitioner Health

Dr. Finch is the Founding President Emeritus of the Association for the Advancement of Energy Medicine.

Judith Heath is presenting "The Brain: A Primer for the QEST Practitioner".

Do you have clients with foggy thinking, learning challenges, short-term memory issues, dizziness or balance problems, anxiety, or more?  We'll look at various functions of parts of the brain along with encouraging QEST success stories.  We'll delve into direct and indirect codes to check to help your clients receive the benefits they want.

One part, the hypothalamus, deserves special attention.  I think of as one important little CEO in the body.  For example, you'll come to think of it for addressing a variety of functions, including hormonal, emotional, cognitive issues, body temperature, sleep, digestion, heart rate, blood pressure, immunity, and more.

Join us for this helpful primer on the brain and learn how you can help optimize its function with QEST."

Judith Heath, EMD is a Master QEST Practitioner from Fort Collins, CO who has had a QEST clientele in her hometown and Denver since 1988.  Over the years, she has had satellite practices in Arizona, California, Washington D.C. area, New York, Iowa, Nebraska and Boulder, CO.

In 1991 she began teaching QEST with WINH and founded Quantum Energetics Institute (QEI) in 1995 where she is director and head instructor.  Over one third of her QEI graduates have traveled to Colorado from out of state.

She seeks to inspire and encourage QEST practitioners via continuing education classes and webinars and works to expand the breadth and depth of QEST via research into the body’s mysteries. The satisfaction from getting positive results and from finding ways to help clients' quality of life ensures that doing QEST never gets boring.  Giving clients hope (with information, not promises) and gradually instilling the concept of maintenance care can be valuable practice-building tools.

Kathy Finch, EMD is presenting "GuaSha: An Introduction and its Integration with QEST"

This presentation will provide a basic introduction to guasha and the use of tools to address soft tissue damage and scar tissue and how that compliments our QEST care for our clients.

Kathy graduated NPI (QEA) in 1990 and received her EMD in 2008.  She graduated from Clayton Scholol of Naturopathy in 1995.  She's studied at the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture with Dr. Amaro and is a licensed Chiropractic Technician.  She's known as the 2nd pair of hands and the bookmark in the offices in Pepin, WI and Red Wing, MN.  Her first assignment is doing QEST and she assists in other areas of care such as ultrasound therapy, BIA and EMI testing.

Sandra Freeman, QEMP, founder Center for Integrative Energy Medicine is presenting "Microbiome Deep Dive:  Chemical Farming, Human Health, and Nutrition."

Sandra's journey to find natural solutions for health led her to the path of energy work and hands-on energy medicine.  The gentle, yet dynamic, power of energy medicine gave her physical vitality and opened doors to emotional healing, bringing about a sense of well-being previously unknown to her.  It was through this awakening that she found the deep career of her heart.

Sandra now has over 45 years in her field and holds many professional certifications.  She began with therapeutic bodywork and Polarity Natural Health Care and has continued to develop personally and professionally throughout her career.  She graduated from New Physiology Institute (now QEA) in 1990, has been an instructor for QEI, and in 2015, founded the Center for Integrative Energy Medicine (CIEM) to offer QEST practitioner training and to empower clients to take charge of their own well-being through botanically inspired living.  Sandra has served on the AAEM Board of Trustees, including several recent years as President.  Her vision is to build connection within our community of practitioners so that our work may thrive.

Joan Chaudoir is presenting "Heavy Metals, Chemicals and Toxins".

While I was doing QEST, I was mystified why my clients bodies would continue to develop energetic swellings, organisms, or problems in their blood vessels, or any organ.  I was amazed how often I found the conditional code 28M.  When I consulted with Hanna Kroeger's book "Help One Another", I found many answers for the "cause".  With the elimination of products with heavy metals, and chemicals, my clients develop so many fewer codes.  They heal their bodies and hold our work so much better.  I also muscle test the colon for percentage of toxic coating.  I test for the body's level of vitamins and minerals as this is also influenced by heavy metals and chemicals.

Joan has studied many forms of bodywork, including Yamuna ball rolling, and energy work, including Kofutu and Silva Meditation.  She is married and lives in Door County, WI.  She and her husband have four children and eight grandchildren.  She loves to ski, garden and camp.
